Ans: It depends on what the question is. If it’s a question whose answer might pertain to the entire class, then you should either ask in the online session, so that everyone gets the benefit of the answer. If it’s a question that is personal in nature, then you should email the facilitators.

2. How do I receive my training certificate?
Ans: You will get course completion certificate to your email

3. What is included with my course registration?
Ans: You will get access to online live interactive sessions and access to recordings of completed sessions.

4. Do I need to create a profile to access online training?
Ans: No, Once payment is done we will send a link to your email. You can access online training through that link.

5. How long do I have to complete my course?
Ans: Usually course duration is 30 to 40 hrs. you should spend 6 to 8 hrs. per week.

6. Can I retake my course?
Ans: Yes, you can retake your course but conditions apply.
First you should tell the specific reason why you are retaking the course, because to maintain quality we allow limited participants for each online training.

7. Can I change my course if I don’t like the present course?
Ans: Yes, you can change your course if you don’t don’t like the trainer or course content. But, you should intimate us within 2 days of course started.

1. How can I access recordings for attended Online Classrooms?
Ans: We provide recordings available of Live Virtual Classrooms attended by you to your registered Email ID as soon as the session gets started. You should receive the mail regarding the recordings from Learntek.
In case you do not receive the recordings, please raise a ticket by sending a mail to info@learntek.org. Ensure that you provide the batch details in the ticket description.

2. I missed my Live Virtual Classroom batch. How can I re-attend it?
Ans: Participants have the option of re-attending the Live Virtual Classroom batch in case they missed it.For this, you are required to contact the Learntek team with complete details or raise a ticket by sending mail to info@learntek.org. You will be accommodated in the upcoming batch of the course and we shall inform you of the same once confirmed.

3. What are the minimum system requirements for Online Classrooms?
Ans: You are required to have the following system requirements for Online Virtual Classrooms:

CPU A modern computer manufactured in the last 5 years
RAM 512MB required, 1GB or more recommended
Operating System Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.4.x or later
Internet Cable Modem, DSL, LAN (min 512Kbps, 1MBps or greater recommended)

4. What if I am not happy with the trainer?

5. Is a laptop/pc mandatory to attend the online training?
Ans: Yes, you need to have a laptop/pc to attend online training.

6. I am not happy with the quality of the Course content?
Ans: if you are not happy with the course content you can change to other course or you will get refund from Learntek. But you should intimate us within 7 days of course started.

7. I would like to give feedback on the course content?

REFUND

1. How long is the refund process at Learntek?
All refund requests received by Learntek are processed within 7 working days of receiving the request. We shall get back to you with an update on your refund request or valid reasons in case of rejections.

2. I would like a refund of my course fees.
You are eligible for a refund of your course fees if you fulfill any of the criteria mentioned below:

If a cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the event, 10% of total fees paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

If a cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to the event, no refunds will be made. However, customers can propose a replacement instead.

In case Learntek cancels an event, 100% of the course fee will be refunded to the customer.

In case Learntek reschedules an event and the customer is not comfortable with the revised dates, then 100% refund of amount paid will be processed to the customer.
